Powell Selected as DRI Committee’s Specialized Litigation Groups Chair
Kevin Powell was selected to serve on DRI’s Toxic Torts & Environmental Law Steering Committee as the Specialized Litigation Groups (SLGs) Chair. DRI is the largest international organization of attorneys defending the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation. The SLGs provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and publication of hot topics in specialized areas, such as Solvents and Chemical Exposures, Trial Tactics, Climate Change, Nanotechnology and others.
