Partner George Freeman to present on Securities Law at the LSBA Summer School CLE

Barrasso Usdin Partner George C. Freeman, III will be presenting on “Securities Law: What Every Lawyer Should Know” on Wednesday, June 6th at the annual Summer School for Lawyers CLE, hosted by Louisiana Judicial College & Louisiana State Bar Association. George’s presentation is for both business lawyers and litigators. It will focus on the different types of financial products and agreements that can be classified as securities, as well as on how to litigate and arbitrate securities claims brought under the Louisiana Blue Sky Law, Section 12(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, and Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
