Partner Stephen Kupperman Teaching in London
Barrasso Usdin Partner Stephen H. Kupperman has been asked by New York Law School and the College of Law of England and Wales to teach a week long course this summer in London, England. The course focuses on capital markets, securities law and prohibitions against insider trading, under both United States law and European Union Directives. The course is available to American and European law students, and will be held from June 5 through June 12, 2012, at the facilities of the College of Law. Mr. Kupperman has been teaching law at Tulane University School of Law for approximately 25 years, and has been teaching summer programs in various locations in Europe since 1998.
