Partner Craig Isenberg to Present at the American Conference Institute’s National Forum on Chemical Products Liability & Environmental Litigation
On Tuesday, April 30, 2013, Craig Isenberg will be presenting at the American Conference Institute’s 4th National Forum on Chemical Products Liability & Environmental Litigation. Craig will share his experience as a lead defense attorney in the Arabie v. Citgo matter where the Louisiana Supreme Court issued a landmark decision on choice of law and punitive damages. The decision marked the first time the Louisiana Supreme Court addressed in detail Louisiana’s 20-year-old rules governing choice of law for punitive damages. For more information on Arabie v.
