Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Steven W. Usdin is a founding member of the firm. His practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, including insurance coverage, contracts, class actions and complex litigation, oil and gas litigation and intellectual property.
Stephen L. Miles is a senior associate of the firm. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and securities litigation. He also represents clients in insurance disputes in state and federal courts across Louisiana.
