Joyce Invited to Join Litigation Counsel of America

Barrasso Usdin Partner John W. Joyce has been invited to join the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) as a Fellow. The LCA is an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. LCA Fellowship is based on evaluations of excellence, effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and superior ethical reputation. 

John W. Joyce’s litigation practice covers a broad range of substantive areas, including contract and commercial law, first party and bad faith insurance disputes and securities matters. He also represents clients in unfair competition, trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation. John is AV® Preeminent ™ Peer Review Rated, Martindale-Hubbell’s highest peer recognition rating for ethical standards and legal ability. John has been recognized by Louisiana Super Lawyers for business litigation and by Best Lawyers in America for Litigation - Insurance.

John will be inducted as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America during the organization’s 2017 spring conference in May. Barrasso Usdin Partner Stephen H. Kupperman  is also a LCA Fellow.
