John Joyce Named Fellow of the American Bar Foundation

We are proud to announce that John W. Joyce has been elected a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. The Fellows comprise a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and to the welfare of their communities. Membership in the Fellows is limited to one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Fellows are recommended by their peers and elected by the Board of the American Bar Foundation. 

John’s practice includes most types of sophisticated civil litigation. He represents business entities, directors and officers in a wide range of commercial, governance, and business tort litigation, broker-dealers and financial advisors in securities and employment disputes, and insurers in coverage and claim handling litigation. He also represents clients in federal and state regulatory matters, as well as internal corporate investigations.  John has been AV Preeminent peer review rated by Martindale since 2009 and is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.  He has been recognized by Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America since 2014 in the areas of Business Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Insurance Litigation.  John serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee.
