Jane F. Dugal practices in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, and environmental and toxic tort litigation.
Jane earned her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she served as Substance & Citation Editor for the Loyola Law Review and worked as a research assistant to Professor Monica Wallace, contributing updates to her Family Law Treatise. Jane also holds a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Mississippi.
