Samuel P. Martin concentrates his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith, product liability, and commercial litigation matters. Sam approaches each matter with an emphasis on thorough preparation, practical problem-solving, and delivering efficient, results-driven solutions for his clients.

Sam earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School. During law school, he completed a clerkship with Martin Law, PLLC in Canton, Mississippi, where he assisted with appellate and general litigation matters for corporate clients. He also served on the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law and was a member of the executive board of the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition.

Before pursuing his legal career, Sam earned a Master of Sports Administration from Belmont University, as well as an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Millsaps College.
