Victory for Insurance Client in Northern District of Georgia
The Barrasso team achieved a major victory for Hiscox in the Northern District of Georgia. The court granted Hiscox’s Motion for Summary Judgment and denied Cox Communication’s cross-motion, ruling that the Hiscox Multimedia Liability Policy did not cover the millions of dollars in damages sought by Cox Communications for contributory and vicarious copyright infringement. The court also awarded costs.
