Barrasso Usdin Welcomes Xavier Flavien and Ryan Tucker as Associates

Barrasso Usdin Kupperman Freeman & Sarver is pleased to welcome Xavier Flavien and Ryan Tucker to the firm as associates.

Xavier Flavien focuses his practice on products liability, securities litigation, and False Claims Act matters. 

Prior to joining the firm, Xavier served as a law clerk to the Honorable Piper D. Griffin, Justice of the Louisiana Supreme Court. He earned his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center, where he held the role of Articles Editor for the SULC Journal of International Law, Business, and Policy, and also served as a teaching assistant. Xavier received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Ryan M. Tucker PictureRyan M. Tucker
Ryan M. Tucker is licensed in Louisiana and Texas and focuses his practice on complex commercial and class action litigation. His experience includes fiduciary, trust and estate, and contract dispute issues.

Ryan litigates cases in state and federal courts across the country at the trial and appellate levels. He has also represented clients in federal regulatory investigations.

Ryan earned his J.D. and Civil Law Certificate from Tulane University Law School, where he served as Articles Editor and Online Editor for the Tulane Law Review. He received his B.S. in Biological Science from Louisiana State University.
