Stephen Kupperman teaches course for the University of Zurich

Stephen Kupperman has been asked by the University of Zurich, Europa Institute, to teach a course on American Business Law to practicing Swiss attorneys. The course will involve six hours of teaching to approximately 40 lawyers. This is the second time Steve has been invited to Zurich to speak; the first time was at a seminar in which he, United States District Judge Martin Feldman and Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia were featured. Steve also teaches a course annually on Federalism and the selection for litigation purposes of state or federal court to attorneys enrolled in the Europa Institute when the Institute class journeys to the United States every August. The course in Zurich will take place in late March, 2014.
