Chloé M. Chetta to Present at the DRI Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Seminar

On Friday, March 15, 2019, Chloé M. Chetta will be presenting on “The Winning (Electronic) Brief” at the DRI Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Seminar.  Chloé, a former judicial clerk, will discuss how advances in technology affect modern litigation and what attorneys can do to obtain better results.

Chloé M. Chetta practices in the areas of complex and commercial litigation, appellate litigation, toxic tort/environmental litigation, and insurance coverage and bad faith.

Before joining the firm, Chloé served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen A. Higginson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and as a law clerk to the Honorable Sarah S. Vance of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. Chloé also served as an intern to the Honorable Fredericka H. Wicker of the Louisiana Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit.

Chloé received her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Louisiana State University. While in law school, she served as an Associate Editor for the Tulane Law Review.  Chloé also worked as a research assistant for Professor A.N. Yiannopoulos, editing his fifth and final edition of the Louisiana Civil Law Treatise’s volume on property law, and for Professor Gabriel Feldman, focusing primarily on federal antitrust issues.  After graduation, Chloé was appointed to serve as a junior member of the Louisiana State Law Institute.
