Whitney Antoine Honored with Louis A. Martinet Society's President's Award

On September 24th, at the Greater New Orleans Chapter of the Louis A. Martinet Society's 2022 Annual Jazz Brunch and Scholarship Gala, Whitney M. Antoine was honored with the President’s award. The award recognizes a member who has given exemplary dedication, service, time, commitment, and energy to Martinet.  Whitney was recognized for her outstanding service in her role as Co-Chair of the Young Lawyer's Division.  We are very proud of Whitney for this great honor.

Picture - Whitney M. AntoineIn addition to keeping up with her commercial litigation practice, Whitney is active in both professional and community organizations.

Whitney is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division and the ABA Litigation Section 2022-2024 Young Lawyer Leadership Program (YLLP).  She is also a member of the Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Legal Society and served as a Co-Chair of the Young Lawyer's Division from 2021-2022.  

Whitney is a Writing Fellow at the Southern University Law Center, teaching bar preparation for the Louisiana State Bar Examination.  She serves as a mentor through Dillard University’s Legal Education Advancing Diversity (LEAD) program and received the 2021 Mentor of the Year Award from Dillard University's Legal Education Advancing Diversity Program.

Previously, Whitney served on the Board of Trustees for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Baton Rouge and served as a mentor for Big Buddy of Baton Rouge.
